Webmaster goodies here range from counters to graphics to free home pages. For everyone else, there's lots of freebies including contests, sound files, freeware and more. All offers are rated.
- SoftwareNow.com - A massive resource for software, SoftwareNow.com offers loads of freeware, shareware, demos and more. Categories include business software, E-mail clients, games, database software, multimedia programs, programming resources, Palm Pilot goodies, desktop themes, Web authoring programs and more. Be sure to check out their new tracking service, which alerts you when the latest version of your favorite software is released.

- Completely Free Software - This Australian site serves up a strong collection of freeware that is fun to browse. Each listing is reviewed and rated. Freeware here includes programs for Windows 98/95, Win 3.1 and good, old DOS. Topics here include text editors, graphics programs, games, utilities, multimedia programs and more.
- Top 50 Freebies Sites - This Swedish site ranks top freebie sites across the Web by the number of votes they've received. Here, you'll also find various nifty freebie listings.

- Free -n- Cool - Fast-loading, nicely organized and well-maintained, Free -n- Cool has all the attributes of a top-notch freebies site. From samples to gifts to sweepstakes and more, you'll find plenty of worthwhile content at Stan Spielbusch's excellent resource. The site lives up to its name, as well: besides freebies, you'll find plenty of cool links to browse.
- Freeware Files.com - A nicely-organized, information-packed site, Freewarefiles.com offers truckloads of free software for Windows 95/98 and NT, as well as Win 3.1. There's also a good selection of Net tools, utilities, programming files, Windows libraries and drivers, as well as free online Java games. Be sure to check out the "What's Hot" and "Top Ten" features for a handy snapshot of the Web's latest must-have freeware.
- Free2Try - Here's a bright, colorful site with a wealth of freebie offers. You name it, and it's here: free samples, contests, free catalogs, gift certificates, free magazines, freeware, opportunities for earning cash and much more.
- FreebieStuff.com - This site offers up a good selection of free offers. There are listings for free software, free E-mail, coupon services, free Web space providers and more.
- eCoupons - Here's a handy resource for finding loads of free coupons for retailers, restaurants and businesses in the area where you live. Just sign up (it's free) and enter your ZIP code and you'll be able to access coupons for local, national and online retailers that you may output on your printer. The site adds new coupons, savings and promotions daily. (U.S. only).
- The Free Email Address Directory - The Web's top resource for finding out everything you could possibly want to know about free E-mail resources. It offers information on everything from beating the spammers to learning about mailing forwarding to getting the best free E-mail account for your needs.

- ShoppingList.com - A handy free service that helps alert you to bargains at stores near where you live. ShoppingList.com lists thousands of advertised specials and promotions at your favorite local stores. - TheHot20.com - This new index directory ranks freebie (and other types of sites) by visitor's votes. If you have a Web site of your own, be sure to sign up, as this index can steer visitors your way.

- Coolo Network - Sean Gerrie serves up a well-done "free portal" site that includes online games, news headlines, chat, free E-mail, a pen pal service, a free monthly E-zine, an online music player and, of course, lots of freebies.
- Acidcool Free Zone - Simon offers up a solid new collection of freebies at this site, including CGI scripts, clipart, desktop themes, wallpaper, fonts, graphics, Javascript, screen savers, Webmaster freebies and Web tutorials.
- FreeFever - Well-designed new site that specializes in various free products and services for Webmasters. Here, you'll find rated listings for free Web space, counters, guestbooks, forms, message boards, chat rooms, site promotion, graphics, fonts, CGI scripts, Java, E-mail, banner exchanges, etc.
- Free Stuff Headquarters - Good selection of freebies at this new, well-designed site. Webmaster Brandon Harris' site offers loads of categories, including books, catalogs, CD-ROMs, coupons, E-mail, graphics, magazines, mousepads, contests and more.
- Absolutely Freebies - A fine resource, offering lots of free Net resources for Webmasters, as well as a general Net audience. Here, you'll find lots of goodies, such as contests, magazines, screen savers, Internet gaming, E-mail accounts, catalogs and more. Webmasters will find promotion tips, as well as free goodies to enhance their sites.
- The Busy Educator's Guide To The Web - Although not a "freebies" site per se, this is still a good resource that includes a lot of helpful resources for teachers, ranging from educational games to software to other useful items.
- 101 Free Stuff Links - Like the title says: lots of links here to both general freebies sites, as well as more specialized free stuff offers, like graphics, screen savers, contests, etc.
- UFO's Net Resources - Lots of free goodies here for Webmasters at this nicely organized site. From free graphics resources to Web page design resources to animations to sounds to clipart, you'll find it here. There's also information on using Photoshop, the de facto standard program for computer graphics.
- Free Mall - Not strictly a freebie site, but there's plenty of links to freebie-type resources here, from "Shop for Free Things," to "Get Paid to Shop" to "Free Greeting Cards."
- Superglobe.com - Good selection of free stuff here. There's contests, a "Free Zone," and a "Kids' Zone," which features freebies and activities for children.
- Web Wizard - Here's a site that offers plenty of free tools and advice for helping you make the most of your Web site. There's free Javascripts, graphics, counters & trackers, banners, software, home page tools and advice on getting more traffic.
- Freeware Connection - Well-done, major freeware site. Lots of helpful resources here, including stuff for Windows, DOS and Macs. Categories include free Web space providers, free E-mail, free counters, fonts, graphics, desktop themes, screen savers and much more.
- All For Free List - Here's a handy, fast-loading one-page roundup of the Web's top free products and Web-related services. Nicely done.
- Free Catalog Request Center - This site is offering a mind-boggling selection of free catalogs that you can have mailed to you for no charge. You name the topic and it's here: computers, software, music CDs, videos, sports, garden & home products and tons more. (U.S. only).
- Totally Free Stuff - Well put together site that's one of two that goes by this moniker. (This one claims to be "the original"). Lots of good content here, including gifts, product samples, audio stuff, stickers, coupons, pet food & supplies, posters, computer stuff, calling cards, publications, health & beauty products and more.
- Chazhound's Free Dog Page - Plenty of goodies here, including pet care resources, free dog care information, and other free fun stuff for dogs and pets, and humans too!

- My Favorite Freebie and Contest Sites - This site offers the best the Web has to offer in freebies, contests, games and survey sites
that pay you money. This site also offers a good round-up of various like-minded sites

- Squeaky Pockets Paradise - This site may be Squeaky, but it's nothing that a little WD-40 couldn't fix! I didn't see any free WD-40 on this site, but there's a whole bunch of other goodies: food, medicine, personal & hygenics, computing freebies, interesting "things," stuff for kids and money-making stuff.
- glAc0r's Free Web Stuff - There's plenty of free goodies here if you're trying to build a Web page: counters, Web space, E-mail services, CGI, advertising, etc.
- Ray's Coffee Break - Much more than just a freebies site, Ray serves up lots o' neat stuff such as a "fun page," a sweepstakes page, a "useful page," and
"Ray's Trading Post." Having said that, he doesn't scrimp on the freebies----there's
plenty of goodies here.
